User guide
■Check-in/Check-out *We are unable to respond to requests outside of these hours for any reason.
Check-in: 15:00-19:30
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
■Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in is not available.
Late check-out is available from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Late check-out is available from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and can be requested for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per hour.
Late check-out requests must be made by the day before the check-out date.
■About the parking lot
Parking lot for 7 cars
※Parking is available only for guests who have reserved a confirmed parking plan.
※Please note that unapproved parking will result in a fine.
■Regarding custody of belongings
The facility does not accept personal belongings before check-in.
There is no cloak room in the facility, and security cannot be ensured.
In addition, in order to avoid damaging or defacement of the customer's valuable belongings, we do not allow it.

■Delivery and postal items
We do not accept parcels or postal items received by a proxy at the facility.
As with personal items, there is no cloakroom in the facility, and security cannot be ensured.

For customers who wish to send their luggage in advance,
We ask that you send and receive your luggage at a designated time according to the time you will be in the room on the day of your stay.

■Customers coming by cab from Hakata Station
The hotel will pay the taxi fare only for guests coming to the hotel from JR Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport,
We will pay for the cab fare for guests coming from JR Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport (up to one taxi
per room). (Up to one taxi per room).
Please be sure to receive a receipt from the cab driver,
Please contact the front desk during the reception hours (15:00~19:30 *only during these hours).
In exchange for the receipt, we will give you the cab fare.
※We will not charge you for the fare during your stay or after check-out.
